Booking confirmation

Please either email or call for enquiries. We will notify you of the room availability by return email.

Payment type

We accept all major credit cards, eftpos transactions and of course cash. All transactions are in NZD. A surcharge of 3% applies to credit card transactions. All taxes, if any, are included in your room price.

Check-in times

Check-in between 3pm and 9pm. Of course we’re happy to accommodate you outside these times with prior notice.

Cancellation policy

Naturally we’ll be understanding of circumstances beyond your control, but we do ask that you give us the courtesy of notice of cancellation as soon as you can.
